CEQA is hosted by the John Radcliffe Hospital Trust in Oxford. The office is based in the Women’s Centre and forms part of the Directorate for Critical Care, Theatres, Pharmacy and Diagnostics. The Scheme is independent from any pathology services provided by the Trust.
Office Hours
The office is staffed Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. An answer phone service is available at all times when the office is not staffed.
